Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We’ll discuss your current concerns, medical history, mental health history, medications, and goals for treatment. This appointment helps us develop a personalized treatment plan.

Yes. We offer secure telepsychiatry appointments for eligible patients. Virtual visits allow you to receive care from the comfort of your home while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

Medication may be recommended when clinically appropriate, but it is never the only option. We review risks, benefits, and alternatives so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Initial evaluations are typically 45 minutes. Follow‑up appointments focus on symptom management, treatment progress, and medication adjustments as needed.

Visit frequency depends on your diagnosis, treatment plan, and whether medication is prescribed. Some patients are seen monthly, while others may be seen less frequently once symptoms are stable.

Insurance acceptance varies. Please contact our office or visit our Insurance page to confirm whether your plan is accepted. Self‑pay options are also available.

Medication refills are typically addressed during scheduled appointments. Please contact our office for urgent refill requests according to our refill policy. Controlled substances may require an appointment.

Yes. All patient information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.

Late cancellations and missed appointments disrupt care availability. Appointments that are canceled late or missed entirely will result in a $150 fee. Please contact our office as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

We see patients age 13 and older. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must be involved in care as required by law.

If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services.
